I spent most of this time trying to figure out how I was going to photograph Half Dome and/or Yosemite Valley below. Overall this is a great overnight trip for an intermediate backpacker. Check out the view at Glacier Point before you do Half Dome, it's really cool to see where you're headed before you go there.
